K'Beta

2025

Based on a real family story, K’Beta responds to the challenge of brand identity design for a food fusion QSR that serves Persian-Cajun meals to Fort Collins, CO. K’Beta had its grand opening at 6:00am one Saturday as a hybrid shop that serves killer kebabs and outdoor supplies.

The first time Meg Dunn visited her sister in college, she was shocked to realize that most students wake up before the sun to hike on weekends. 30 years later, Meg is a local historian in Old Town Fort Collins determined to serve the avid hikers. The visual code is “Quirky General Store.” This fits a target audience of down-to-earth Fort Collins locals who are famous for their beer, bikes, and mountain trails. While they wear the title “Weirdo” like a badge, the people of FoCo are serious about preserving the history of their town and taking part in its diversification.
